Co-Chair
ebeltran@hcntx.org
Mr. Beltran is a Mexican immigrant from Reynosa, Tamaulipas. His parents brought him over to Texas when he was only 4 years old. Since very young, he learned that things did not come easy for everyone...his family had to work very hard. but even then there were times where the electricity was disconnected in their small apartment. What little little food was on the table for dinner, they would eat it in the dark.
Additionally, Eduardo learned that family was carried the most value in his life. Regardless of those moments or season facing hardship, family was there to live the moments with him.
Family is at the heart of everything Eduardo does—it is the driving force that propels him to show up to work and to do his best. With a strong background in automating businesses and building efficient systems, Mr. Beltran is passionate about streamlining processes and helping teams perform at their best. He is a lifelong learner who loves stepping into leadership roles and empowering others to rise to new challenges. Whether it is solving complex problems or mentoring those around aspiring growth. His approach is to approach everything with purpose, drive, and with a mindset that people come first.
“At the end of the day, I try to live by something I once heard: ‘Harmony Over Hustle.’ Because success has no meaning if it comes at the cost of what matters most.” - Eduardo
